Services

Project Development

We give support in all stages of project development, from scoping to feasibility, helping our clients from the exploration stage to generate enough information to develop proper geometallurgical models together with the best process flowsheet for optimal results.

Commissioning

Planning and executing all activities involved in the transition from construction to routine plant operation is essential to obtain on time value during the most critical financial period of a project. We perform a successful commissioning by focusing on several critical points:

•Good communication & coordination between Construction and Operation Teams

•Minimize safety risk during start up (procedures and equipment)

•Equipment startup in accordance with the Installation

•Operation & Maintenance Manuals before first ore feed

•Good coordination and managing of vendor’s assistance.

PROJECTS

Sumatra

SUMATRA COPPER AND GOLD (ASX:SUM)

Tembang Gold-Silver Project. Located in South Sumatera, Indonesia, the 50 MMUSD Plant construction took place between 2014 and 2015. The project was based in a 5 year plan to produce 2,1Mt of ore at 400,000tpa and recover 169,000 oz of gold and 1,8 million oz of silver.

Merdeka

MERDEKA COPPER AND GOLD (MDKAJK)

Tujuh Bukit Project. Located in Java, Indonesia, it is a Heap Leach operation built between the end of 2016 and beginning of 2017. Its proven mineral reserves, in accordance with the JORC code, totalize 29.14 Mt and 1.03 Moz of gold.

LATIN AMERICAN MINERALS PARAGUAY

Paso Yobai Project. Located in Guairá, Paraguay, approximately 160km from Asunción. It is in the early stages of development and operation and has a VAT leaching and ADR operation.

LA JOYA MINING S.A.C.

Located in the district of Arequipa, Peru, it is the ore processing plant of La Joya Mining. The company processes Au and Ag ore from all over Peru and has the capacity to process 180tpd.
